📍 Remote (UK-based, within 4 hours of London)

The College of Legal Practice is one of the UK's leading providers of SQE preparation and professional legal education. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and digitally confident Administrator to support our Business Development and Client Services activities.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with our Head of Business Development & Marketing and senior leadership team, you'll support relationships with law firms and corporate clients by:

  • Preparing and coordinating client reports and updates
  • Analysing data from multiple sources and producing clear summaries and updates
  • Maintaining CRM records and Excel trackers
  • Supporting the creation of proposals, presentations, and client materials
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Assisting with webinars, outreach activities, and scholarship administration
  • Coordinating internal reports and communications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in an administrative or professional services role
  • Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Has experience using CRM systems
  • Can work confidently with data and produce accurate reports
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys learning new skills and taking ownership of tasks
