Administrator – Business and Technology
Location: Covent Garden, London
Salary: £16,665 – £18,716.40 (equivalent to £27,775 – £31,194 full-time)
Hours: 21 hours per week (09:30 – 17:30) Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Start Date: Augustus 2026
About the Role
Are you an organised and proactive Administrator looking to develop your skills in a thriving learning environment? Join our Business and Technology department to provide responsive and efficient administrative support for:
- Business and Technology courses
- The School Operations Manager
- Head of Programme
- Tutor Coordinators
- Teaching staff
Your duties will align with City Lit’s systems and procedures.
Course Support Coverage
We offer a diverse range of courses, including:
- Business Management Skills
- AI Technology
- Programming
- Web development
- Social media
- Digital Marketing
- Design software
Our team supports learners to develop their IT and Business Skills, fostering confidence and independence. Many tuition staff are industry specialists with years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing course schedules
- Maintaining student records
- Supporting promotional activities
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Playing a key role in supporting the department

About the Applicant

Key Requirements: You should submit your CV and covering letter, detailing:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and student data systems (e.g., EBS, Apply)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Collaborative and flexible work approach
- An interest/knowledge in technology and business skills courses
