Location: David Lewis, Mill Lane, Alderley Edge, SK9 7YD.
Hours: Part-Time (4 days per week).
Salary: £26,549.12 FTE 1 | Pro Rata: £21,239.30.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting staff, students, and leaders while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our College.
About The Role
As our Administrator, you'll be at the heart of College operations, providing high-quality administrative support across a range of key activities.
From coordinating important student reviews and maintaining essential records, to organising events and supporting our leadership team, you'll be an integral part of a positive and impactful educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to College leaders and the wider team.
- Coordinate annual EHCP reviews and support review meetings.
- Maintain and update key College documents, records, and reports.
- Support staff with the College MIS system and produce reports.
- Organise College events and Governor meetings.
- Produce the College newsletter.
- Maintain staff training records and administration systems.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
- Highly organised, methodical, and accurate.
- A confident communicator with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Experienced in an administrative role (essential).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.
- Positive, flexible, and committed to delivering excellent support.
