Administrator Position – Insurance & Claims Administration | Transcare Solutions Ltd (Part of Arriva Group)

Transcare Solutions Ltd, part of Arriva Group—Europe’s leading transport provider—is seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to support the delivery of critical insurance and claims administration services.

The Role

As an Administrator, you will ensure operational efficiency in insurance and claims handling by providing accurate administrative support. Your core responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately input and manage insurance incidents and claims records, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support incident administration, including:
    • Customer service cases
    • First Notification of Loss (FNOL) processes
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence, with proficiency in managing high-volume mailbox activity
  • Collaborate with Arriva UK Bus and Train teams to assist in investigations and claims progression
  • Review and log company damage invoices with precision
  • Maintain organised and structured document storage systems
  • Assess a range of administrative responsibilities as needed
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data security protocols, including compliance with UK data protection legislation while handling:
    • Sensitive customer information
    • CCTV footage
  • Contribute to team KPIs and service delivery targets
  • Attend stakeholder meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

We welcome candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Proficiency in IT systems, particularly:
    • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word)
    • Industry-standard administration software
  • Relevant administrative, claims support, insurance, or customer service experience
  • Exceptional organisation skills, capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Demonstrated experience handling high-volume communications
  • Unwavering attention to detail with meticulous accuracy
  • Familiarity with data protection laws and confidentiality requirements
  • A proactive mindset, committed to ongoing learning and continuous improvement
