Administrator – DNO Applications & MCS Final Packs
Greener Energy Group are Scotland’s largest independent provider in the Able-to-Pay market, the first Octopus-accredited Cosy Heat Pump installer in Scotland, and a Hive-accredited Solar installer. Following our additional accreditation and recent winners of Octopus – Cosy Installer of the Year, we’re expanding our Renewable Energy & Heating Division once again.
Based from our head office in Paisley, we deliver domestic installations across all of Scotland, with customer service at the heart of everything we do, reflected in our excellent Trustpilot reviews.
We’re now looking for a motivated administrator experienced in DNO Applications & MCS Final Packs.
DNO & MCS Administrator Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing DNO applications and completing MCS final documentation packs for completed renewable energy installations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and submitting DNO applications
- Completing and issuing MCS final packs
- Liaising with customers, installers, and network operators
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Managing installation paperwork and internal records
- Monitoring application progress and following up where required
- Supporting the wider operations and administration team
DNO Coordinator Requirements
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience within the renewable energy or construction sector
- Knowledge of DNO applications or MCS processes
- Experience with solar PV administration

DNO & MCS Administrator Job Details
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm
- Location: Office-based role in Paisley (PA3 4EF), must be able to commute or relocate
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
