We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at HMP Stocken, a category C men's Prison located in Rutland.
Hours
Monday – Friday: core office hours (days to be discussed with the successful applicant)
- 15 hours per week
Salary
This position is part-time, earning up to £11,429 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Administrator, your responsibilities will vary. You will:
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services to the healthcare team on-site
- Work in a busy team to help complete:
- Varied administrative tasks
- IT systems management
- Maintaining databases, waiting lists, and call-up lists
- Customer service, including answering and directing telephone calls
- General office duties such as typing, ordering, stock control, and scanning

Qualifications Required
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Strong IT skills and literacy
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
