About The Role

Join Our Team as an Administrator – Make a Positive Impact!

This is more than admin. This is your chance to be part of a team that is transforming how children and young people in Derbyshire get mental health support.

As our Administrator, you will sit at the heart of a fast moving, purpose driven team working across schools and communities. Based in our Derby Mental Health Support Team (MHST), you will help keep everything running smoothly. That includes coordinating daily operations, managing digital and paper records, supporting performance reporting, and helping our teams stay connected and well equipped.

You will be a key player in shaping how we work behind the scenes, helping to build and maintain systems that are smart, efficient and focused on what matters. You will also support friendly communication with schools, families and local partners, becoming a trusted point of contact within the service.

This is a role where your skills will have a direct impact every day. You will be part of a team that truly cares, doing work that is meaningful, valued and full of purpose.

Be a part of building brighter futures!

About You

You are someone who brings order to chaos, calm to busy days and kindness to every interaction. You understand that great admin is more than keeping things tidy – it is the backbone of a service that supports young people when they need it most. You care about getting things right, and you take pride in work that supports others to thrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
