- Handling a wide range of administrative tasks
- Managing and collating data for reports and portfolio reviews
- Processing client inquiries and correspondence
- Maintaining the client database and coordinating diaries for Partners/Advisors
- Supporting new business onboarding and liaising with St. James’s Place (SJP) admin teams
- Preparing client reports and suitability letters (in collaboration with internal teams)
- Training provided with scope for career progression in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment
The Person: Qualifications & Expectations
Essential: ✔ Proven experience as an Administrator or in an office support role ✔ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships ✔ Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability ✔ Proficiency in time management/planning and prioritisation ✔ Full working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Core Microsoft Office programs ✔ Confidence in handling sensitive disclosures with total discretion
