  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks
  • Managing and collating data for reports and portfolio reviews
  • Processing client inquiries and correspondence
  • Maintaining the client database and coordinating diaries for Partners/Advisors
  • Supporting new business onboarding and liaising with St. James’s Place (SJP) admin teams
  • Preparing client reports and suitability letters (in collaboration with internal teams)
  • Training provided with scope for career progression in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment

The Person: Qualifications & Expectations

Essential: ✔ Proven experience as an Administrator or in an office support role ✔ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships ✔ Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capability ✔ Proficiency in time management/planning and prioritisation ✔ Full working knowledge of:

  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Core Microsoft Office programs ✔ Confidence in handling sensitive disclosures with total discretion
