Administrator (Installations & Customer Service)

Location: JADE Windows, 622 Bradford Road, Batley, WF17 8HF

Salary: £28,000 per year

Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Full Time | Permanent

For over 30 years, JADE Windows has been manufacturing and installing high-quality uPVC windows and doors across Yorkshire. Now part of Woodlands Home & Garden Group, a growing manufacturing business employing over 250 people, you will be joining a company that values teamwork, continuous improvement and developing its people.

About The Role

This is more than an administration role.

You will be the key link between customers, surveyors, production and installation teams, helping every installation run smoothly from booking through to completion.

You will take ownership of the process, keep customers informed, solve problems and ensure every customer receives an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate installation and service appointments.
  • Keep customers informed throughout their journey.
  • Schedule installers and service engineers.
  • Process paperwork, payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare installation packs and register completed work with FENSA.
  • Coordinate remedial work and resolve customer queries.
  • Support the wider team with general administration.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and able to manage a busy workload.
  • Friendly, professional and customer focused.
  • Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable and enjoys solving problems.

Previous experience in administration, scheduling or customer service would be beneficial, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong organisational skills are just as important.
