ROLE: Administrator
HOURS: 37.5 Hours per week (Full time)
LOCATION: Dinnington Sheffield

We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrator who will support our growing team by managing client communications, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate survey records across client databases.
Role Responsibilities
- Contact clients directly to arrange appointments, book works, and confirm scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure jobs are planned efficiently.
- Input survey data, job updates, and client information accurately onto internal and client databases.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries while providing a professional and helpful service.
- Liaise with surveyors, and the laboratory to support smooth job delivery and communication.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and reports.
- Support the wider team with general administration duties and workload coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administration or scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Competent IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
