The Role
We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our Business Support Team. The role will focus on delivering administrative services efficiently and compliantly, ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues and contributing to the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.
What will you do?
- Process all incoming and outgoing post.
- Process all administrative requests to include scanning, faxes, binding documents etc.
- Printing and collating of letters and documents.
- Process all Adobe requests.
- Responsible for closure of files.
- Responsible for document storage and archiving to include document retrieval for employees and clients.
- Responsible for destruction of files and client ID and updating databases.
- Managing storage of personal possessions for both Probate and Court of Protection matters following protocol and keeping audit trail updated.
- Completion of support ticket requests.
- Assist with stationery and sundry supplies.
- Process all catering requests for functions.

The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as assigned from time to time appropriate to the role.
The role is full time working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based at our offices on North Hill, Plymouth.
