About This Role

Matthew Moss High School is looking to appoint an Administrator Level 3 to join our dynamic and forward thinking Learner Services team. You will be responsible for the planning, co-ordinating and allocating daily cover arrangements for planned and unplanned staff absences throughout the school.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. The work will include:

  • Planning, co-ordinating and arranging daily cover for all absent staff to ensure necessary cover arrangements are in place
  • Assisting with monitoring attendance
  • Core administration tasks
  • Produce documents / letters
  • Organising school immunisations / trips

Hours of employment are 7.45am to 3.30pm (including 30 minutes unpaid for lunch) term time only.
