The Role
We are seeking a motivated Administrator to join our expanding team. Together with our clients and our wider team, you will work within a flexible delivery model triaging and processing client instructions and queries through bespoke end-to-end matter management systems. Working closely with our clients’ businesses and feeling part of their in-house teams but with the full support of a global firm, the successful candidate will join a team of Administrators who complete work that was previously done in-house.

Key Responsibilities
- Triage and allocation of matters
- Review of matter information and documentation against checklists
- Mailbox management
- DocuSign review and processing
- Document review and processing against checklists and playbooks
- Creation and distribution of client-specific reporting (regular and ad hoc)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Using initiative and pointing out any areas requiring attention/intervention
Skills and Experience
We’re looking to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Administration experience, ideally obtained in a legal environment
- Experience of working as part of a team in a fast paced or high volume environment
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines through effective prioritisation
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive in taking full responsibility for own workload
- Experience of using bespoke matter management systems would be beneficial
- Flexible to cross-train on different client accounts
