Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About The Role

Joining our small and supportive team as an Administrator, you will play a key role in collecting, processing, and maintaining data relating to our customers’ waste compliance obligations. This will involve collating information accurately onto our internal systems and liaising with suppliers to obtain relevant documentation and supporting information. You will ensure that supplier details and customer requirements are kept up to date at all times.

The role will also provide administrative support to our Hire side of the business, including:

  • Managing live hire reports, checking for accuracy and querying any issues
  • Chasing collections and following up where required
  • Processing claims for lost or damaged equipment with both customers and suppliers
  • Processing equipment kept on hire
  • Handling failed deliveries
  • Accurately logging delivery and collection notes

Using in-house systems, you will input, review, and analyse information, regularly using Microsoft Excel to check the accuracy of data extracted from the waste portal and other operational systems. This role would suit someone comfortable working with data, who enjoys maintaining high standards of accuracy and providing excellent customer service when dealing with both customers and suppliers.
