Role Description
The Administrator role is a part-time, on-site position based in Aberdeen. The Administrator will handle day-to-day office support activities, including managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, and preparing documents & contracts. The role involves supporting recruitment and contractor management processes by updating candidate and contractor information, tracking assignments, and assisting with payroll and compliance documentation. The Administrator will coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and provide general administrative support to consultants and management. This position requires consistent, accurate work and effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with document management, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort working with databases
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy, especially when supporting payroll, invoicing, or basic financial administration.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work reliably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of or interest in recruitment, contractor management, or the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors is beneficial.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within professional services, HR, or recruitment, is an advantage.
- Relevant vocational training or a qualification in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
