Do you experience within the motor trade industry?

Do you have experience of managing a vehicle through its full production-to-customer lifecycle?

We are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. • Be responsible for managing the production of MAN Bus, Coach, and Van products through its entire cycle
  • From order to build through to handover and invoicing, you will oversee the full journey

  • Deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Make sure key deadlines are met to successfully deliver and handover a customer’s vehicle on time

In Order To Perform This Role Effectively, You Will

  • Ideally have a background in a similar role, that could be working with cars or other light vehicles or trucks, but motor trade experience would be a huge advantage
  • Experience of using systems such as ESA, Kerridge, or SLI
  • Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Be good at prioritising workloads and dealing well under pressure
  • Be resilient
  • Have excellent time management abilities and a keen eye for detail

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
