We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at our Wolverhampton office, working within the Divisional Projects Team, reporting into the Divisional Director. This varied role will suit an organised and flexible individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

In return, what we would like from you…

- GCSE in maths and English (or equivalent) at grade C or above
- Administration positions held previously
- Previous office environment experience
- Worked in a reactive & fast paced position previously
- A high standard of IT literacy, including full proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive
- Demonstrable process implementation skills, including workload management
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office environment
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a larger team
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience in working in a fast paced, changing environment where priorities can change daily

- Administrative qualifications
- Previous housebuilding/construction experience.
More about the Administrator role…
- Assist with administrative tasks provided by the wider company including printing, typing, binding, laminating, scanning etc.
- Assist with general document administration for the Divisional Projects Team.
- Prepare and modify documents including Excel spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Cover customer calls when the customer care coordinators are not available.
- Arrange and monitor meeting room bookings, ensuring the provision of meeting room facilities for each meeting.
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments across all departments.
- Support other members the office when required.
