Where you'll be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What you'll be doing?
As our Administrator you'll be working on our Thames Water Infrastructure Programme covering Thames Valley & London. The role will predominantly be on our Acoustic Logging work stream.
You'll be responsible for supporting our Assistant Project Manager with the safe & efficient delivery of the Acoustic Logging project. Covering new deployments & on-going maintenance across the Thames Water estate. Duties will involve planning and scheduling new deployments & on-going maintenance.

- Manage and update records using Salesforce and DataGate systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Input, maintain, and validate operational data in line with company procedures.
- Monitor and track job progress, ensuring all information is up to date in internal systems.
- Generate reports and extract data from Salesforce to support planning and decision-making.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company standards.
- Support general administrative tasks including filing, email correspondence, and scheduling.
- Ensure all data is handled securely and in accordance with data protection policies.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance system efficiency and data quality.
