Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator
Department: Administration - OPD / Physiotherapy
Responsible to: Team Lead - Outpatient Administration
Hours: 22.5 hours over Monday to Sunday (must be flexible between 8am-8pm)
Salary: £26,125 per annum (pro-rata).

We are looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Administrator/Receptionist to support our Physiotherapy department. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and colleagues, providing exceptional reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Essential
- Maths and English GCSE
- Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Evidence of experience of working and contributing to a team
- Proven ability to manage own workload and prioritise when there are competing priorities
- Relevant experience of working in an Administration environment
- Experience of being in a customer-facing role
- Confidentiality
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the understanding of how this benefits the business
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Desirable
- Experience of the Healthcare Industry
- Proven ability to communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including patients, staff-members, visitors, suppliers & environmental health.
