Proclaim Care has an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join our team as a Rehabilitation Assistant. Part of Proclaim Group, we are a national, award-winning provider of rehabilitation solutions for individuals who have been injured and/or are absent from work.

This is an office-based role, requiring the successful candidate to work from our office in Hamilton, near Glasgow. Candidates must therefore be willing and able to commute to Hamilton.

Job Description

This exciting role provides the opportunity to improve the lives of our service users by working collaboratively with our clinically qualified Rehabilitation Managers to deliver exceptional care through efficient case coordination, accurate documentation, and proactive communication with all stakeholders.

Duties Include

  • Providing administrative and coordination support to Rehabilitation Managers to ensure efficient case management and positive client outcomes.
  • Coordinating appointments, services, and funding requests, maintaining compliance with processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaising with multidisciplinary stakeholders including service users, service providers, insurers, solicitors and healthcare professionals.
  • Preparing and issuing accurate documentation, referral letters, and reports in line with company standards.
  • Managing case files and databases to ensure up-to-date, accurate information and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitoring and progressing tasks, prioritising workload to meet KPIs and customer specifications.
  • Supporting Rehabilitation Managers with arranging services, equipment, travel, and adaptations for service users.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and participate in professional development activities.

Person Specification

This position would ideally suit an individual with administrative experience who has worked as a personal assistant, medical or legal secretary and has experience of handling confidential information. Full training will be provided.
