This role will be within our Metering team. You’ll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.
What will you be doing?
As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Metering operation. This is a busy, varied, people-focused role where no two days feel the same. You’ll work closely with meter readers, team leaders and contract managers, acting as the go-to person for essential support across the team. Your day could include:
- Responding to requests for PPE, uniforms and tools
- Using our internal data systems to help locate water meters
- Supporting with scheduling or task allocation
- Providing general admin support to the wider operational team
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring smooth coordination across the department
