Lightfoots Solicitors has been at the heart of the community in Thame for 170 years. With six offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Lightfoots is proud of its unrivalled reputation of excellence for all of our services.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly Secured Lending & Repossession Sales team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the fee earners and paralegals in the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and fielding client calls
  • Opening new files and closing files when a matter is complete
  • Drafting and sending reports to lender clients
  • Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions
  • Copying and scanning as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent client care and customer service skills are required
  • Previous administrative support experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Professional attitude
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive when needed
  • Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment

This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
