Who are we?

Nationwide Fire Sprinklers Ltd is a family-run company based at Colwick Industrial Estate, Nottingham. We install and maintain residential, domestic and commercial fire sprinkler systems UK-wide, in homes, offices, apartments, hotels, and HMOs.

What is the role?

You will be working in our Service and Maintenance department in this office-based role, where you will be responsible for the general day-to-day administration and service scheduling.

Typical duties will include:

  • Reviewing customer enquiries and assisting with queries by telephone, email, and online submissions
  • Making service and maintenance bookings by email
  • Booking hotels, parking, and other such tasks
  • Creating daily job sheets/tasks
  • Data input and record keeping
  • Reviewing and issuing service certification
  • Raising invoices and proforma invoices using SAGE
  • Assisting Engineers with queries

What are we looking for in a candidate?

  • Proven administration background
  • Keen eye for detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Be honest, diligent, and self-motivated
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including grades C/4+ in English Language and Mathematics
  • Have excellent IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Live within a 30–45–minute commute of Colwick
