To support the administration of several ASF contracts, we are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Administrator to help deliver our short-course provision.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
As one of our administrators, you will be responsible for a range of administrative activities relating to funded short courses, ensuring learners, employers and trainers receive an efficient and professional service from enrolment through to completion.
Working closely with our delivery team, you will play a key role in ensuring that learner records are accurate, compliant, and completed within the required timescales.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration of all funded short courses.
- Process learner applications, enrolments and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate learner records and databases.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with contract requirements.
- Liaise with learners, employers and trainers to coordinate course starts and ongoing communications.
- Monitor attendance, paperwork and course completions.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate records for internal monitoring.
- Prepare learner packs, certificates and course documentation.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Operations team as required.
About You
- Previous administration experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, can-do attitude.

Desirable
- Experience within education or training.
- Experience working with funded programmes.
- Knowledge of learner management or CRM systems.
