Job Opportunity: Administrator

Our Woking office is looking for a meticulous and adaptable Administrator for a six month fixed term contract.

This is a pivotal role within our office as our installation numbers continue to grow, you will be the backbone of our compliance process, ensuring our reputation for excellence remains intact from the initial install to the final paperwork submission.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be supporting the office with a variety of administrative tasks, with an emphasis on the following:

  • Compliance Auditing: Performing thorough checks on post-installation paperwork to ensure all data is accurate and compliant.
  • Quality Control: Identifying missing information or errors before submission to Head Office.
  • Operational Support: Assisting the Office Manager with daily administrative duties to keep the branch running smoothly.
  • Workflow Management: Managing the increased volume of install documentation in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar Office Administration role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage at all levels.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Granular attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
