About The Role
Student and Library Services is looking to recruit an experienced administrator to our administration team. You will provide high quality, responsive and flexible administrative support to the Student and Library Services Directorate. The key responsibilities are varied and include financial administration, supporting meetings and organising events.

With a minimum of two A levels or vocational qualification at NVQ level 3 or equivalent, you’ll have demonstrable experience of working in an office environment, ideally within Higher Education. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications will be a benefit and previous experience of servicing meetings is essential.
In addition, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, be able to work independently and as part of a team and manage your workload effectively whilst being responsive to the team and organisational needs.
