Administrator | Long-Term Administrative Role
Location: London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday | Mainly office-based | 1 day WFH
A well-established professional services firm is looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to provide day-to-day support to two Partners and the wider team.
This is a stable, long-term administrative role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys administration and is happy to remain in an administrative position long term. This is not a fast-track career opportunity or a role for someone looking to quickly progress into management or a more senior position. The ideal candidate will take pride in doing a good job, enjoy routine administration and be happy working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative support to two Partners
- Diary and email management
- Preparing documents, reports and invoices
- Excel and spreadsheet work, including formulas
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Handling calls and general enquiries
- Assisting with industry-specific administration (full training provided)

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas
- Reliable, organised and detail-focused
- Enjoys hands-on, routine administrative work
- Comfortable working independently and managing their own workload
- Looking for stability and longevity rather than rapid career progression
Professional services experience is beneficial but not essential.
