Administrator - Supply Chain - 6 month FTC
We’re looking for a dynamic Administrator to join us on a 6 month fixed term contract. Monday to Friday - this is a site based position. A quick look at the role. As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and transactional support across the supply chain function, ensuring the accurate processing of goods receipts, inventory movements, purchase orders and logistics activities. Working closely with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams, you will help maintain efficient operations, accurate records and compliance with company procedures, supporting the smooth movement of materials and finished products throughout the business. Your core responsibilities. Process and maintain accurate goods and service receipts within the ERP system, ensuring timely and compliant transaction completion. Support inbound and outbound logistics activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external service providers. Administer supply chain transactions relating to transport services, consumables, inventory movements and operational activities. Maintain inventory records through accurate system updates, transaction processing and stock reconciliation activities. Monitor supplier purchase orders, ensuring receipt, invoicing and closure activities are completed accurately. Maintain supply chain documentation and records, while liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and provide administrative support. Our essential requirements. Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management or Administrative role. Experience using ERP systems for transaction processing and data management (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience would be advantageous). Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and process information efficiently. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive and flexible approach, with a willingness to support a broad range of supply chain activities.
