About Bradwell Maintenance

Bradwell Maintenance is a well-established, property maintenance company delivering reliable, high-quality services across Greater Manchester. We work with landlords, letting agents, and commercial clients and have built a strong reputation through professionalism, responsiveness, and doing things properly.

As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an organised, intelligent, and proactive Administrator to join our team and play a central role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

The Role

This is a varied and fast-paced office-based role at the heart of the business. You’ll be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, speaking with customers and contractors, and ensuring work is scheduled, tracked, and completed efficiently.

You’ll deal with a wide range of enquiries, help manage workflow, and support both the operational and commercial side of the business. This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people, and taking ownership of their work.

There is genuine scope to develop this role as the business grows, particularly for someone interested in property, operations, or office management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
