We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Administrator to join our busy diagnostic imaging service. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team delivering high-quality services to both NHS and self-pay patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, offering an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to play an important role in ensuring patients receive a seamless and professional experience throughout their diagnostic journey.

What you'll be doing
As Our Administrator, You Will Be
- Processing incoming referrals and ensuring patient information is accurate and complete.
- Managing and distributing diagnostic reports to referring clinicians and patients in a timely manner.
- Supporting the sharing of images and reports with NHS and private healthcare organisations.
- Responding to patient and customer enquiries, ensuring a professional and efficient service.
- Supporting appointment scheduling, data entry and reception cover when required.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth administrative processes and excellent patient care.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

What we'll look for in you
With your previous experience in an administrative, customer service or office-based role, you will also have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including data entry and keyboard skills.
- A professional and friendly approach with a strong focus on customer care.
- The ability to work accurately under pressure and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable: experience within a healthcare environment and an understanding of medical terminology.
What you can expect in return
- A full-time equivalent salary of £24,804 per annum
- Work 30 hours per week; Monday to Thursday
