Job Title: Temporary Administrator
As a temporary Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by handling essential administrative tasks. This role is based in central Edinburgh and supports the not-for-profit industry with efficient and organised secretarial and business support.

Description
- Manage and organise office files, records, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including correspondence handling.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all materials are prepared in advance.
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain databases and ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
- Order office supplies and ensure resources are well-stocked.
- Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.

A successful Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Offer
- Hourly pay ranging from £14.00 to £15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
