The Role

As Administrator, you will provide accurate and responsive administrative support to the Education, Quality and Integration department, helping ensure programmes, enquiries, records and operational processes are managed effectively.

The role contributes to the smooth delivery of education and support services by maintaining accurate information, supporting learner and provider communication, and enabling timely certification, reporting and service coordination.

Role Requirements

  • Manage and respond to incoming enquiries and correspondence via telephone and email in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
  • Maintain diaries, meeting arrangements and scheduling activity to support effective departmental coordination.
  • Support education programme administration, including learner records, bookings, and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain documents, spreadsheets and internal systems, ensuring information is accurate, up to date and handled appropriately.
  • Provide clear customer service and appropriate Information, Advice and Guidance to providers, learners and stakeholders.
  • Provide planned or ad hoc cover for reception and wider departmental administrative tasks where required.
  • Any other tasks required for the smooth running of the company

Person Specification

  • Essential: Access to own transport and business use insurance, as travel around Hertfordshire may be required.
  • Essential: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, accurate and professional information.
  • Essential: Confident use of Microsoft systems, including Outlook, Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Essential: Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in data entry, document management and handling confidential information.
