The Opportunity
Are you a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our Accommodation Compliance team—working with a close-knit group of five colleagues to deliver compliant accommodation upgrades.
This role offers a supportive, collaborative, and flexible working environment, with a rotating schedule:
- Option 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Option 2: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
As the Administrator, your core tasks will include:
- Compliance and Data Management
- Maintain and update compliance records, certifications, and documentation.
- Raise and track remedial works and contractor quotations.
- Schedule BPSS clearances for compliance activities.

Project and Workflow Support
- Ensure all project and asset information is accurate and up to date.
- Produce reports on compliance and project progress.
- Monitor workflow efficiency and adhere to deadlines.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Asset Management, Compliance and Customer Experience teams.
- Engage directly with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and clients when required.
Key Skills & Requirements
Essential
- Proven administration or coordination experience in housing, property, maintenance, facilities management, or compliance.
- Exceptional ** organisational skills** with a sharp eye for detail.
- Rock-solid Microsoft Office expertise, particularly Excel for data management.
- Experience using Maximo or a similar asset management system (advantageous).
- Ability to juggle competing deadlines, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, problem-solving mindset.
