About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Volunteer Administrator to support our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, has good communication skills, and wants to gain valuable administration experience within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and take messages.
  • Book, amend, and cancel appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute information packs and resources.
  • Assist with printing, filing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Welcome visitors and direct enquiries appropriately.
  • Help maintain office resources and ensure workspaces remain organised.
  • Support staff with the efficient running of daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally.
