We are working exclusively with a well-established and growing wealth management practice to appoint an Administrator

An excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in financial planning, financial services, or a related field, who is looking to launch a genuine career in wealth management.

Based in North Yorkshire, this is a fantastic entry point into the sector for someone who has recently completed a relevant degree, or who already has a year or two of experience in financial services and wants to go further.

The Role:

You will support advisers throughout the client journey, playing a key role in how this practice delivers for its clients day to day. This includes:

  • Producing client review packs and pre-meeting documentation
  • Completing post-meeting administration accurately and efficiently
  • Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
  • Liaising with providers and progressing cases to completion
  • Supporting advisers at every stage of the client journey

This is a full time, office-based role, five days a week, and there may be some additional hours required from time to time to keep on top of workloads — this is a business that moves at pace and rewards people who bring energy and enthusiasm to match.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate in financial planning, financial services, wealth management, or a closely related subject or someone with around 1–2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment is an advantage, but not essential
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Resilient, with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious and career-focused this is a genuine opportunity to grow within wealth management

What's On Offer:
