Administrator - Sizewell Site
Overview
Element is looking for a new Administrator to join their team on a full-time contract.
Working as the linchpin of our Sizewell site, this role involves managing the essential technical administration needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support within a small, busy team
- Manage Document Control processes
- Produce department timesheets, monitor timekeeping, holidays, and sickness, as well as related reporting
- Optimise the use of systems to maximise efficiency
- Handle general administrative duties, including:
- Answering the phone
- Filing and scanning
- Completing ad hoc tasks as required
- Input data onto the in-house asbestos database system
- Take minutes at meetings
- Update site Visio plans
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Good general education, including proficiency in English and Maths
- Significant experience in providing administrative support within a busy office environment
- Strong Excel spreadsheet, Word, and Visio skills
- Highly motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic self-starter
- Ability to:
- Work effectively within a busy team while also acting independently
- Work under pressure
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Prioritise tasks and maintain strong organisation skills
- Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and clients

- Prior experience updating database systems
