Job Outline: The User Services department provides support on all requests and enquiries related to Future Electronics, as the source of expert knowledge of the company/ procedures and departments helping end users to find the correct department/ person/ procedure/ solution. The representative’s role is to investigate all issues and provide timely answers and solutions, to enforce procedures and participate in improvement initiatives and best practice. The main goal is to provide customer satisfaction & continuous improvement of Future procedures. The role involves regular interface and communication with personnel within EMEA head office, EMEA DC, Sales Branches and Montreal Head office.

What the role involves: •User services/ Management of User id’s, Security and Profiles. •Front line system support on bespoke Future Electronics systems. •Order management review and assistance. •System mass uploads & assignments. •Support ( Future processes & internal system helpdesk) •Daily/ weekly/ monthly reports. •Process evaluation / proactively improve business processes •Additional projects or duties as management may at times require.
Do you have: •Demonstrates personal drive and determination in taking action to obtain effective completion •Able to organise and prioritise, act in a proactive manner •Displays a sense of urgency, actions requests in a timely manner •Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
