FM Conway is recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator- Zero Hour Contract to join our Learning and Development team

In this role, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of training and development activities across the business. This is a zero hour contract based at our head office in Sevenoaks.

The duties of the Administrator- Zero Hour Contract role will include:

  • Preparing training and induction rooms, ensuring all materials, equipment and refreshments are ready for each session
  • Welcoming trainers, assessors and delegates, providing support throughout training sessions and ensuring a positive learning experience
  • Maintaining accurate learner records, attendance data and training schedules using the ICON training database and other internal systems
  • Monitoring attendance, producing training certificates and ensuring training records are kept up to date and compliant
  • Raising purchase orders, managing training resources and maintaining stock levels of learning materials and equipment
  • Managing the Learning and Development shared inbox, responding to enquiries and supporting colleagues with training-related information
  • Supporting training campaigns, compliance activities and Learning and Development projects across the business
  • Providing general administrative support to the Learning and Development team while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality

What skills and experience do you need?

As our Administrator- Zero Hour Contract, you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. You will be a confident communicator with strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach, comfortable working with colleagues across the business as well as external training providers. You will have experience using Microsoft Office and be confident working with databases and internal systems. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, and experience supporting learning and development, training or HR activities would be advantageous.
