Zest Money Group
Zest Money Group is an independent mortgage, protection, and insurance brokerage serving clients across Essex and Suffolk. We’re growing and are looking for a detail-driven Administrator to support our advisers and help deliver a smooth, professional client journey from first enquiry through to completion.
Role And Responsibilities
- Support mortgage and protection advisers with end-to-end case administration.
- Collect, check, and upload client documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with lenders, insurers, solicitors, estate agents, and clients to progress cases and resolve queries.
- Keep our CRM and internal systems up to date with case notes, milestones, and outcomes.
- Prepare client documentation and packs, maintaining high presentation and accuracy standards.
- Assist with diary management, appointment scheduling, and general office administration.
- Work in line with FCA, data protection, and anti-money laundering requirements.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in financial services, mortgage, or insurance administration is ideal; strong general admin experience in a fast-paced environment will also be considered.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills by phone and email.
- Confident with IT systems (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM platforms).
- Proactive, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
- CeMAP (or equivalent) is not required, but would be a distinct advantage and may support future progression.
