Administrator/Receptionist - Bristol

The Nelson Trust is a leading charity providing treatment, support and advocacy for people affected by addiction, trauma and multiple disadvantages. Through our Women’s Centres, we empower women to make positive changes and build brighter futures.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised, welcoming and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to be the friendly face of our Bristol Women’s Centre. This is a varied role combining reception, administration, data management and operational support, helping to ensure the smooth running of the centre while supporting women accessing our services.

Salary: £24,500 - £25,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time

Pension: Auto Enrolment Pension with 6% employer contribution

Location: Bristol Women’s Centre, Bristol

What Will You Do?

  • Welcome clients, visitors and professionals to the centre
  • Manage calls, enquiries and reception activities
  • Maintain accurate client records and referral information
  • Support data collection and reporting requirements
  • Coordinate daily attendance and safeguarding meetings
  • Monitor health and safety records and visitor logs
  • Manage office supplies, petty cash and correspondence

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
  • A professional, flexible and team-focused approach.
  • Experience in a similar administrative or reception role.
