Salary: £25,804 – £28,031 per annum (Band 2)
About The Role
The Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International is recruiting two Admissions Advisers to join the University’s admissions team. The role involves efficiently processing applications for both undergraduate and postgraduate study, collaborating with colleagues in the Directorate and Admissions Tutors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the administration of student applications across a diverse range of programmes
- Supporting Admissions projects to ensure a smooth and positive applicant experience
- Working in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on customer care
About The Team
You will become part of the Admissions Team, which operates within the broader Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International. This team oversees student recruitment, admissions, communications, marketing, events, and external engagement, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional applicant experience.

About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Accuracy under pressure and strong organisation, communication, and customer care skills
- A willingness to work flexibly and take on a varied workload
- Freudianeship with the Higher Education sector (not mandatory but advantageous)
- The ability to provide clear, helpful guidance to applicants and facilitate their progression to the University
