ROLE SUMMARY:
We are looking for highly skilled Admissions Advisors to join our dynamic admissions team. You will be a key point of contact for prospective families that are located all over the world - in the UK and across Europe, but also the Middle East and across South East Asia; guiding them through the admissions process with a personalised and professional approach. This is not just an administrative role – it is strategic and sales driven position requiring strong relationship building skills, a data driven mindset, and the ability to convert high-quality leads into enrolled students. You will develop an in–depth understanding of the King’s InterHigh offer and will work closely with the Education Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead conversion and Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping families make informed decisions about their child’s education.
- Conduct high quality consultation calls, listening carefully to prospective students’ needs and providing tailored recommendations.
- Follow up with prospective families via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp and live chat to nurture relationships and maximise conversion rates.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to ensure families feel confident in their decision to enrol.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring every lead is properly tracked and followed up.
- Maintain regular contact with leads until they make a final decision, offering support and addressing concerns.
- Manage and prioritise leads effectively, ensuring high-potential families receive timely follow ups ensuring no opportunities are missed.
- Achieve and exceed personal and team targets for enrolments and conversion rates, actively contributing to the school’s growth.

In depth knowledge of the School and Educational pathways:
- Provide expert advice on our curriculum and understand how to convey the timetable options available clearly and concisely to prospective families.
- Offer guidance on transitioning between year groups, including key points of change.
- Understand and explain how online education differs from traditional schooling, including flexibility, personalised learning and teacher support.
- Provide accurate information about our extra-curricular activities, clubs and student engagement opportunities.
- Explain our SEN support options including how we accommodate students with different learning needs, available learning support and accessibility considerations.
Timetable Specialisation:
- You will understand and be able to articulate that the UK Curriculum is available across multiple time zones and be able to advise the families on which subjects are available and what requirements are needed.
Exceptional Customer Service:
- Meet QA Standards and continuously develop skills to provide an outstanding customer experience. Ensure all comms are accurate, professional, informative, and aligned with our school values.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Experience in sales, admissions or customer service role, ideally within education, recruitment or a similar environment.
- Proven ability to convert enquiries to sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, demonstrating confidence in addressing concerns and closing sales.
- Highly organised and able to multitask, managing multiple leads at different stages of the admissions journey.
- In depth knowledge of UK education system, including KS 2-5, A levels and IB desirable.
- Understanding of SEN provisions and how different learning needs can be accommodated online school setting – training provided.
- Awareness of key student transition points such as moving from primary to secondary, subject options at A level etc.
- Knowledge of extracurricular activities and student engagement opportunities, and how these contribute to well-rounded education.
- Tech savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, email and online communication tools.
- Team player, willing to collaborate and share knowledge to improve overall team performance.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
