Job Purpose And Summary
The Admissions and Marketing Officer (Marketing Lead) plays a key role in raising the school’s profile to attract and retain students. Leading on day-to-day marketing and communications, the postholder will create compelling, high-quality content across digital, print and school channels - bringing the school’s story to life in a way that reflects its values, identity and ambitions.

They will focus on two key areas:
- Leading targeted marketing campaigns to attract new students
- Delivering high-quality routine communications that strengthen relationships with parents and the wider community
All communications will be engaging and aligned with both the school’s identity and the GDST brand.
As part of a collaborative team, they will also support the admissions function - particularly during peak periods and staff absence - helping to deliver a smooth, welcoming experience for prospective families.
