About Us

University Centre David Game (UCDG) is the higher education provision of David Game College, established in 1974. The College is OfS registered and ISI inspected and reviewed by the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), with a longstanding reputation for academic quality and student support. UCDG delivers a growing portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes from its central London campus.

As the provision expands its course portfolio and student body, we are seeking an organised, commercially minded and compliance focused Admissions and Recruitment Officer to join the Student Recruitment and Admissions team. The role supports the full applicant lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to enrolment, with a strong emphasis on conversion, data integrity and UKVI compliance.

About You

You will be a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in higher education recruitment and admissions. You will be comfortable working with prospective students, academic colleagues, agents and university partners, and able to balance a customer-focused approach with the discipline required for a regulated admissions environment.

You will be confident managing multiple priorities under pressure, working both independently and as part of a team, and learning new digital systems quickly. Experience of CRM platforms, structured admissions processes and international student compliance is advantageous. Recent graduates with strong organisational ability and commercial acumen are also encouraged to apply.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
