About The Role
Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others succeed? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love meeting new people, and want to make a difference? Then HSDC has the perfect role for you!
You will be the face and voice of HSDC, supporting applicants through every touchpoint. From interviewing to guiding them through their enrolment appointment, you will be their main College contact for that next chapter in their education journey.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Be the point of contact for applicants and their carers, creating a welcoming and supportive experience at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate and deliver a schedule of applicant interviews, both on-campus and in schools, ensuring each interaction is professional and effective.
- Conduct engaging and informative, high-quality interviews, offering impartial advice about courses, funding and progression routes ensuring every applicant leaves their interview feeling confident about their next steps.
- Capture and manage applicant data accurately, keeping records up-to-date and complaint with data protection laws.
- Represent HSDC at school events open days, and festivals, showing off the vibrant and dynamic opportunities we offer.

You Will Need
- A full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A confident communicator who can connect with people
- Skilled in admin and IT (Microsoft Office & Google) with excellent attention to detail
- A creative thinker with a passion for education and a knack for problem-solving
- The ability to work autonomously for some tasks as well as part of a team for others
