Admissions and Appeals Support Officer
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,
We are looking for an Admissions and Appeals Support Officer to work within the School Admissions Service. This role is a permanent full-time 37-hour a week post.
Duties
- Dealing with internal/external enquiries by telephone/emails and in person via the council’s One Stop Shop
- Providing support across the service
- Inputting data/importing information/preparation of spreadsheets
- Preparing, producing, and sending letters to parents/carers
- Photocopying/scanning/filing
- Delivering excellent customer service to parents/carers, schools, and other agencies
