Atava Education and Training is a London-based study abroad consultancy, helping international students achieve their dream of studying in the UK and beyond. We are looking for a motivated Admissions Counsellor to join our growing team.
What you'll do:
- Guide prospective students through the UK university application process, from course selection to enrolment
- Advise students on university choices, entry requirements, and visa guidance
- Build strong relationships with students and their families throughout their journey
- Liaise with UK universities and partner institutions on applications and offers
- Support students with document preparation, personal statements, and interview readiness
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system

What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in international student admissions, education counselling, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the UK higher education system (British Council Certificate desirable)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Fluency in Arabic is highly desirable, given our focus on MENA markets
- A caring, patient, and detail-oriented approach to student support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases at once
