Role Description
The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding prospective clients and referral partners through the admissions process for Rehubs’ online treatment programs. Day-to-day activities include:

The role involves assessing client needs, coordinating with clinical and support teams, and ensuring accurate documentation of admissions information. The Admissions Counselor will also build and maintain relationships with employers, insurers, and referral partners, while upholding high standards of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking admissions metrics, providing clear follow-up communication, and contributing feedback to improve the admissions experience.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Communication and General Communication Skills: To engage sensitively with individuals seeking support.
- Customer Service Skills: With the ability to respond promptly, manage inquiries, and provide clear, supportive guidance.
- Sales-related Skills: Including consultative conversations, explaining program value, and guiding prospective clients through decision-making.
- Education-related Skills: Such as explaining complex information in accessible terms and helping clients understand treatment pathways.
- Experience: In admissions, counseling, behavioral health, or related fields is beneficial.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple cases, and use digital tools and CRM systems effectively.
- Commitment: To non-judgmental support, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality in working with individuals affected by addiction.
- Relevant Education: Preferred but not required, depending on experience in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
