Admissions Host (Seasonal Role) – The London Dungeon & Shrek’s Adventure! London

Location: The London Dungeon & Shrek’s Adventure! London (South Bank, London)

Contract/Availability:

  • Seasonal until 6 September 2026
  • Minimum 4–5 days per week, flexible (weekdays and weekends)

About The Role

Join our outgoing, self-motivated team focused on sales and outstanding customer service at The London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure! London. As an Admissions Host, you’ll be the welcoming voice of this iconic attraction, interacting with guests as they prepare to journey Far, Far Away or step through Traitors’ Gate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage passersby and advertise our attractions in person, enthusing visitors about their experiences
  • Offer tailored guest experiences across Merlin Entertainment’s London attractions, ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories
  • Batch and manage groups efficiently, maintaining smooth entry flow and queuing systems
  • Act as the first point of customer contact, delivering high-quality service, entertainment, and warm hospitality
  • Operate in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, balancing sales targets with exceptional visitor care
  • Seasonal role with contract ending in September 2026, requiring flexibility to cover weekends, bank holidays, and busier trading periods

Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Can work flexible rota hours, including weekends/peak periods
  • Bring strong customer service skills with experience dealing with the public
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting targets and driving revenue
  • Are confident in promoting and upselling our attractions to the public
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Remain calm under pressure, upholding health, safety, and operational standards
  • Possess a proactive, positive mindset and willingness to go above and beyond
