Admissions & Marketing Officer (Admissions Lead)

Location: Ealing, Greater London Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £35,970 – £48,852 (depending on experience) Hours: Full time, full year with some flexibility Start Date: As soon as possible Closing Date: 15th July 2026 at 11:59 PM (early applications welcome)


Notting Hill & Ealing High School (NHEHS), a leading independent girls’ day school, is seeking an Admissions & Marketing Officer (Admissions Lead) to join their team for September 2026.

As the Admissions Lead, you will:

  • Deliver a welcoming, seamless, and high-quality admissions experience for prospective students and families.
  • Manage enquiries, coordinate visits and events, and guide families through every stage of the admissions process—converting interest into enrolment to maximise student acquisition.
  • Provide a supportive, forward-thinking, and inclusive admissions strategy that aligns with the school’s values and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with families to promote NHEHS as a premier education choice, remembering both intellectual and academic growth.
  • Co-ordinate and host tours, evenings, provision of information, and enrolment events to support admissions.
  • Provide outstanding communication through written reports, correspondence, newsletters, databases, and social media.
  • Use CRM systems in an effective and efficient way to enhance admissions conversion rates and school profile.
  • Work closely with the Business Office to nurture payment plans and assist parents with questions.
  • Support parents with complex enquiries in a friendly, compassionate, and proactive way, ensuring an outstanding experience.
  • Monitor and report on admissions progress,IST progress, and visual environments using school data.
  • Review, update, and write school and St Margaret’s newsletters, website and social media content.
  • Work with colleagues across the school in all departments, departments, and pupils to maintain an exciting and engaging portfolio that showcases school life.
  • Coordinate and deliver an outstanding open day/savour Sunday programme-extensive experience to entice prospective families.

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passionate about education and journey through learning and application
  • Strong Roleplay, role-playing, safeguarding, and child protection knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel and a range of other desktop applications.
  • Familiarity with CRMs is advantageous.
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic environment within an esteemed institution.
  • A willingness to commit to safeguarding and undertake DBS checks is required.

Would be advantageous to have:

  • A qualification or experience in education or marketing.
  • Knowledge of independent school admissions processes.
